Faulty CopiesEMAIL >
We aim for perfection, but sadly, machines are not always our friends. Errors in the manufacturing and e-book conversion process do sometimes happen. If you find a problem with one of our books please return it to the bookstore from which it was purchased. As vendors, they are obliged to replace or refund all faulty items.
Unfortunately we do not accept unsolicited submissions. We understand this is disappointing but if you have a story you want to share and long to see published, please try contacting literary agents, a list of whom you will find in publications such as The Writers’ and Artists’ Yearbook.
