Faulty Copies

We aim for perfection, but sadly, machines are not always our friends.  Errors in the manufacturing and e-book conversion process do sometimes happen. If you find a problem with one of our books please return it to the bookstore from which it was purchased.  As vendors, they are obliged to replace or refund all faulty items.
