Contact

Atlantic Books is an independent British publishing house founded in 2000.  Based in the heart of Bloomsbury, we publish quality literary fiction and non fiction.  We are also the home of commercial imprint Corvus, and proud publishers of a selection of books from Grove Atlantic in the US as well as a home to a growing list of fine fiction and non-fiction from Allen & Unwin.

We love to hear from readers, authors and partners, so please do get in touch via the details below.

  • Work with us

We currently offer 4 week internships in both Campaigns and Editorial during which we aim to give as broad an overview of the business as possible.  Please send your CV and a covering email to the link below indicating your availability and saying something about yourself that isn’t merely ‘a passion for books’ , which is – as you can imagine – a bit like owning a bicycle if you plan on entering the Tour de France.

  • Faulty Copies

We aim for perfection, but sadly, machines are not always our friends.  Errors in the manufacturing and e-book conversion process do sometimes happen. If you find a problem with one of our books please return it to the bookstore from which it was purchased.  As vendors, they are obliged to replace or refund all faulty items.

  • Submissions

We do not accept unsolicited submissions.  Not ever.  Not even if you write to us very nicely and ask.  We understand this is disappointing but if you have a wonderful story you want to share and long to see published, you really need to be contacting agents, a list of whom you will find in publications such as The Writers’ and Artists’ Yearbook.
